Typhoon Bavi approaching: ERAYAK opens 200 generators for emergency power support.

Zhejiang Leiya Electronics Co., Ltd. (manufacturer of the ERAYAK brand) has activated its emergency public power support plan. As Typhoon "Bavi" approaches the coastal areas of Zhejiang and Fujian, bringing strong winds, prolonged rainfall, flooding, and localized power outages, the Zhejiang Meteorological Bureau upgraded the typhoon emergency response from Level III to Level II on 7 / 10.

Eligible applicants include government agencies, emergency management authorities, fire and rescue services, charitable organizations, recognized social rescue groups, and other entities participating in approved emergency operations. Equipment will be centrally deployed to provide temporary power for communication devices, mobile command facilities, community shelters, and temporary medical stations.

During natural disasters such as typhoons and floods, power outages often coincide with surging demand for emergency electricity. Even brief interruptions can delay communications, hinder drainage operations, and complicate rescue efforts. Portable generators—including open-frame inverters and conventional gasoline models—provide temporary power support before the grid infrastructure is restored.
