2024 11 Outdoor Team Building: BBQ, Tug-of-War & Bonfire Party

In 2024, the company kicked off the year with a vibrant and heartwarming outdoor team-building event. Employees gathered together to spend a day filled with laughter, connection, and unforgettable memories.

The event kicks off with a relaxed and delicious barbecue, where everyone gathers around the grill to share food and chat. The following team challenges, including tug-of-war and relay races, focus not on winning or losing, but on collaboration, mutual encouragement, and giving your all.

As the sun sets, real magic happens around the warmth of a campfire: team members share stories, enjoy music, and stay present. This team-building event once again proves the power of collaboration and connection—it strengthens our spirit, builds friendships, and brings us together as family.
